This report contains supplemental information regarding the logistics of Human Energy Extraction Plan MATRIX, previously proposed by the Department of Energy at the Alliance Summit J26. Records of the proposal are as attached above. It is strongly advised that the Upper Echelon take into account the additional resources detailed below in evaluating the actionability of MATRIX. (See more exploration of design flaws in attached document).
